Shipping will be paid by the customer at the time of purchase.


If the customer is not 100% satisfied with our product, we will provide a shipping label for the return of the physical components and packaging. Return requests should be made within 30-days of purchase by contacting our Customer Support team.


All components of the MyToothCase Smart Retainer Case have a 24-month Warranty. Items that void the 24-month Warranty are water damages to the motion sensor, gateway, and wall outlet. Please note the motion sensor operates using a CR2032 battery. The battery's expected useful life is between 8-14 months and replacement will NOT be covered under Warranty. Issues are to be reported to Customer Support, and a representative will troubleshoot the technical issue and replace the returned part.

Care Instructions

Make sure to sanitize your retainer case frequently. The Smart Retainer Case base is dishwasher friendly. However, the slide for the retainer case should be cleaned by pouring alcohol on a cotton ball and whipped to avoid access moisture from interfering with the motion sensor.

Sensor batteries are to be replaced every 180 days to ensure the best detection.

    If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon delivery - we offer a 100% refund. Timing: we have had a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy since the day item was received. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase. For returns, please go to "Contact Us" and submit a message with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. Seller will provide the customer with instructions on where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying them about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
